GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — Police asked for the public’s help Tuesday in identifying a man who robbed a Citibank branch in Glendale.
The robbery happened about noon Thursday at Citibank, 414 N. Central Ave., according to the Glendale Police Department.
The man approached a teller and asked to cash a check, then demanded money, “indicating he had a gun,” police said.
The suspect was described as a black man, about 30 years old, 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9, and weighing 185 pounds. The suspect had short black hair, wore black sunglasses with a gold frame, black pants and a red and white shirt.
